👷♂️ ராமு: எல்லா travelling roadways மற்றும் working places safe-ஆ இருக்கணும். எங்கேனும் timber அல்லது appliances குறை இருந்தால், அதை உடனே superior-க்கு inform பண்ணுவேன்.

👷♂️ ராமு: District-க்கு இரண்டு exit ways இருக்கும். அதில் ஒன்று ordinary use இல்லையென்றால், நான் வாரத்திற்கு ஒருமுறை அந்த முழு வழியையும் travel பண்ணுவேன். அப்படி தான் அவசர நேரத்தில் அது எப்படி இருக்குனு நான் தெரிஞ்சிக்க முடியும்.
👨🏫 ரவி: Inspection-ல danger கண்டுபிடிச்சா?
👷♂️ ராமு: மிக முக்கியம். யாரேனும் வேலை செய்து கொண்டிருக்கும் இடத்தில் danger இருந்தா, உடனே எல்லாரையும் வெளியே அனுப்புவேன். Danger remove ஆகும்வரை அல்லது fence போட்டு secure பண்ணும்வரை நான் அந்த இடத்தையே விட்டு போகமாட்டேன். Dangerous operations (ground fall clear, supports வைப்பது) நடந்தா, நான் நேரடியாக இருக்கணும். பயன்படுத்தப்படாத இடங்கள் எல்லாம் முழுக்க fence போட்டு பாதுகாப்பாக வைத்திருப்பேன். Inflammable அல்லது noxious gases இருந்தால் Regulation 141 follow பண்ணுவேன். Remove பண்ணுவது superior instruction வந்த பிறகுதான்.
👨🏫 ரவி: Accident நடந்தா என்ன பண்ணுவீங்க?
👷♂️ ராமு: Accident news வந்த உடனே, நேராக site-க்கு போய் inspect பண்ணுவேன். தேவைப்பட்டால் rescue operations supervise பண்ணுவேன். Accident பற்றி manager அல்லது underground manager-க்கு report பண்ணுவேன்.
👨🏫 ரவி: Shift duties-ஐ எப்படி follow பண்ணுவீங்க?
👷♂️ ராமு: நான் shift முழுக்க என் district-ஐ விட்டுப் போகமாட்டேன். Duty-க்கே dedicate ஆகி இருப்பேன். Continuous shifts இருந்தால், next shift sirdar / competent person-க்கு எல்லா முக்கியமான தகவல்களையும் சொல்லித் தருவேன். இதுதான் safety-க்கு மிக அவசியம்.
