📘 MMR Reg 162 – Drilling, Charging, Stemming & Firing of Shotholes

🔩 Hole Size – Pants size போல!

Cartridge போகும் hole-க்கு குறைந்தது 0.3 cm clearance இருக்கணும். இல்லனா accident fix!

🧹 Cleaning & Marking – Exam underline போல

Charge பண்ணுவதற்கு முன்னால் hole clean பண்ணி, direction mark பண்ணணும். அப்போ confuse ஆகாது.

💣 Detonator – Last minute மட்டும்

Detonator-ஐ priming cartridge-க்கு last moment ல தான் insert பண்ணணும். Insert பண்ணினா மீண்டும் வெளியே எடுக்கக்கூடாது.

📦 Cartridges – Same size தான்

Charge எப்போதும் same diameter + same type cartridges-ஆ தான் இருக்கணும். Mixed unsafe.

🧨 Fuse & Stemming – Safe plug போல

• Fuse minimum length = 1.2 m
• Stemming: Sand, Soft clay, Sand+Clay mix, Water ✅
• Metal rods/tools ❌ strictly prohibited

💥 Shotfiring Rules – Invigilator போல strict

• Only properly drilled, charged & stemmed hole fire பண்ணணும்
• Kai-piece (Magazine-ல் prepare பண்ணப்பட்ட special fuse piece) தான் use பண்ணணும்
• Extra explosives இருக்குற இடத்துல light கொண்டு போகக்கூடாது ❌
• Charge பண்ணின blaster தான் fire பண்ணணும் ✔️

⏱️ Rounds & Timing – Class test limit போல

• Fuse fire → max 10 holes per round
• Electrical → More holes allowed
• Charged holes → அந்த round-லவே fire பண்ணணும்
• அதிக shots fire செய்ய வேண்டுமென்றால் → Shift இடையே செய்யணும்

💧 Removing Stemming – Safe eraser போல

Stemming remove பண்ணினா Water அல்லது Approved device மட்டும் use பண்ணணும். Detonator lead pull பண்ணினா accident fix!
