Mines Rule 29H படி, medical examக்கு வரும் candidate-ன் identity safeguard செய்யப்படும். ஒவ்வொரு candidate-லும் மூன்று passport size photographs கொண்டு வர வேண்டும், மற்றும் name & father/husband name endorse செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். Form O medical certificate-ல் thumb impression / signature record செய்யப்படும், certificate authenticity மற்றும் future records safety உறுதி செய்ய. ✅
இந்த rule-ன் படி, worker-ன் அனைத்து medical certificates, medical examination records, மற்றும் health history-ஐ mine manager retain செய்ய வேண்டும். Job முடிந்தபிறகும் 10 years வரை இந்த records பாதுகாக்கப்பட வேண்டும். புதிய mine-க்கு worker shift ஆனால், பழைய manager records-ஐ புதிய manager-க்கு transfer செய்ய வேண்டும்
Mines Rule 29F-படி, mine workers-க்கு initial & periodical medical exams Form P / Form P-I standard follow பண்ணப்பட வேண்டும். Exam முடிந்ததும் Form O certificate worker & manager-க்கு copy அனுப்பவேண்டும். Records complete-ஆ retain பண்ணல் safety & transparency-க்கு முக்கியம். ✅
Rule 29E-படி, worker notice-க்கு medical exam attend பண்ணாவிட்டால் 😟, disciplinary action ஆகலாம். Reasonable cause இருந்தால் second chance கொடுக்கப்படும் 🩺, இல்லாவிட்டால் service terminate ❌. Dispute இருந்தால் Chief Inspector-க்கு refer செய்யலாம் 📬.
Rule 29D-படி, mine manager Form M-ல் written notice workers-க்கு issue பண்ணுவார். Normal case-ல 20 days prior, new joiners-க்கு short notice போதும். Copy examining authority-க்கும் அனுப்ப வேண்டும். Worker attend பண்ணலன்னா, Form N second notice issue பண்ணி authority-க்கு copy அனுப்பப்படும். Examining authority manager-க்கு confirm பண்ணுவார், பின்னர் manager next step decide செய்யுவார்.
Rule 29C-ன் படி, mine workers-க்கு medical examination செய்ய qualified doctor மட்டுமே வேண்டும். முதலில் Mine-appointed Medical Officer, இல்லையெனில் Owner-employed doctor, welfare organisation doctor, அல்லது State/Central Govt doctor ≥ Assistant Civil Surgeon பரிசோதனை செய்யலாம். Worker safety-க்கு competent doctor
Mine workers-க்கு initial & periodic medical exams compulsory. New joiners-க்கு join முன்னாடி, existing workers-க்கு ஒவ்வொரு 5 ஆண்டும். ⚠️ Asbestos workers yearly checkup, Form P tests, X-Ray 3 ஆண்டுக்கொரு முறை. Dust-related disease சந்தேகம் இருந்தால் extra tests. 💉 Owner/agent/manager responsibility
MMR Reg No.41-ஐ பின் தொடர்ந்து mine-ல் பணிபுரியும் workers-க்கு safety & discipline முக்கியம். Act, regulations, manager/official orders strict-ஆ follow பண்ணணும். Underground, helmet wajib. Orders manager வழியாக தான் செல்லும். Shift-ல் discipline, violence, gas safety, injury reporting—all key.
MMR Regulation No.40 mine safety & discipline-ஐ உறுதி செய்கிறது. Owner, Agent, Manager ஆகியோர் workers-க்கு பாதுகாப்பும் ஒழுங்கும் provide செய்ய வேண்டும். Emergency அல்லாத நேரத்தில், official/competent அல்லாதவர்கள் direct instructions குடுக்கக் கூடாது — orders manager வழியாக தான் செல்ல வேண்டும்.
